The Joint Committee on Good Practice (JCGP) is a forum where the AAGBI and the RCoA meet with the National Clinical Assessment Service (NCAS) and the GMC, to 'monitor the health of anaesthesia practice'. The Presidents of the Association and the College chair the committee and alternate every two years. Much good work has come from this collaboration.
