摘要

A method is developed for determining the trajectories of particles in metal-shaping operations by finite-element modeling in the software DEFORM-3D, MS Excel, and Mathcad. The analysis made of these operations with the use of the trajectories makes it possible to account for the "history" of deformation of the metal and to calculate the local kinematic and energy characteristics at any stage of the process being studied.
