摘要

This article discusses the use of information technologies in modeling technologies for shaping metals. Design techniques are illustrated by using the multi-functional computational complex SPLEN as an example. Methods that have been developed to analyze the operations involved in drop forging and rolling are now being successfully used at several machine plants.
