Introduction of Meiden Technical Center North America

Our subsidiary, Meiden America Inc. is a company registered in the United States. Meiden Technical Center North America LLC (MTCNA) in Northville, near Detroit in Michigan, was established by Meiden America Inc. It was made to offer various contract testing services for the auto industry and started full-scale operation. The four engine test cells have dynamometer systems ranging from high-speed type to large-capacity type. Variety of engine tests can be performed with these systems. Cell E1 is the highest-performance test bench equipped with an exhaust gas analyzer, micro-dilution tunnel, fuel flow meter, and air-conditioner for engine intake air temp, management. The powertrain test cell has three Meiden permanent-magnet type dynamometers which feature low noise, low inertia, and high response control. One test room has semi-anechoic construction and allows various powertrain tests on this system.
