The ultrasonic examination of the scrotum should become a part of bull's reproductive organ examination, especially in case of reproductive disorders. B-mode ultrasound images with high-frequency transducers (6-10 MHz units) are recommended for routine examinations of the scrotum. Indications for ultrasound examination should be suspicion of scrotal trauma, acute and chronic inflammation of the testes and scrotum, torsion of the testis, testicular atrophy, testicular tumors, varicocele, some extratesticular lesions and oligospermia, azoospermia, or asthenospermia. Sagittal, transverse and oblique images were done in the presented results to demonstrate parenchyma of the testes, mediastinum and scrotum.
