Notifiable diseases in OIE manuals and European Union legislations.

摘要

The list of OIE notifiable fish diseases and the listed fish diseases in EU directives were compared. Emphasis was put on the diseases which seriously reduce the fish production in Poland, such as VHS and KHV infections. An analysis was also made of the final proposal of new Council Directive SEC(2005)1047 repealing the existing primary legislation i.e. Council Directives 91/67/EEC, 93/53/EEC and 95/70/EC..
