Occurrence of Bacillus cereus on milk farms [Polish]

The aim of the study was to determine the incidence of Bacillus cereus spores in various sources from which this bacterium may contaminate raw milk. Samples were taken in two farms from air (35 samples), soil (15), grass (15), bedding (9), feed (hay, silage, concentrate - 60), feces (105). Samples from teat surface (66) and teat cup surface (68) were taken from one farm.
