摘要

In this research work,laboratory degradation tests were performed with five acidic pharmaceu-ticals,using activated sludge as inocculum under aerobic conditions,and microbial metabolites were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).Ketoprofen was partly mineralized as a sole source of carbon and energy,and the metabolites determined by LC-MS suggest that microbial ketoprofen degradation proceeds along the pathway known for biphenyls and related compounds.
