After extensive research,Dutch company X-Flow BV has developed the Seaguard pretreat-ment membrane.According to the firm,the membrane's specialized chemistry and characteristics allow it to con-tinuously produce high-quality reverse osmosis (RO)feed water,at a total cost of ownership (TCO)that is lower than existing technologies.
