Cases of membranous nephropathy (MN) with crescent formation, in the absence of lupus, hepatitis B virus infection, antiglomerular basement membrane (GBM) nephritis, or antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA), are on record. Clinical presentation and treatment outcomes in these patients are unclear.
