摘要

A rapid, sensitive and selective LC-MS-MS method for the quantitation of Gedunin was developed and validated in rabbit plasma. The analytes and internal standard (Cortisol) were pressed by protein precipitation method . Analysis was performed on RP-18 column coupled with guard column using acetonitrile: triple distilled water as mobile phase in an isocratic manner at a flow rate of 0.4 ml/min with a retention time of 2.9 min and 2.3 min for Gedunin and IS respectively. The quantitation was carried out using an API-4000 LC-MS-MS with negative electro spray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The precursor to product ion transitions for Gedunin and IS were 483.4 to 423.4 and 363.3 to 121.3 respectively.
