This film illustrates the surgical technique and results of selective fusion in a thoracolumbar scoliotic curve with hybrid instrumentation using pedicle screws and sublami-nar fixation with Zimmer universal clamps, a recent technical innovation that aimed to improve sublaminar technique in terms of versatility, safety and ease of application.
