摘要

The title compounds were prepared by cycloaddition of nitrile imines and nitrile oxides to the 1,4-bis(E)-2-((arylmethanesulfonyl)vinyl)benzene and studied their anti-inflammatory activity. Among the tested compounds, 6c, 6d, 7c and 7d exhibited promising anti-inflammatory activity.
