New York (Reuters Health) -Respiratory and cardiac morbidity due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOPD) are reduced by long-term use of tiotropium, investigators report in an Online First issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, released to coincide with a presentation at the European Respiratory Society's Annual Congress.
