Towards a better medical curriculum

Editor - In their recent paper entitled 'Development of knowledge in basic sciences: a comparison of two medical curricula', Nouns et al. present interesting findings that could be applied in other medical schools looking to establish better medical curricula. However, there are some critical points that should be addressed before any decisions are made.
