Fixed-dose Combination of Telmisartan and Amlodlpine for Hypertension Treatment

摘要

More than two-thirds of hypertensive patients require multiple antihypertensive drugs to achieve the optimal blood pressure target. The telmisartan-amlodipine combination lowers blood pressure by different mechanisms and is superior to the respective monotherapies in achieving blood pressure control.
