Framing the unconscious by the clock" focuses on the introductory vignette of his text and discusses the implications of an interpretation of the relationship between analyst, analysant and the clock. Furthermore, it introduces a text by Walter Benjamin on the "Angelus Novus" by Paul Klee, in order to pursue the question of which relationship between present and past in the form of an interpretation facilitates the manifestation of formations of the unconscious.
