Prices in the market over the past month have been flat to lower. In Europe, the weak economic back-drop is causing consuming industries to refrain from the market. As such, few trades were concluded. Elsewhere in the Middle East, demand has cooled down. Consumers here are reported to be well stocked and are unlikely to start purchasing material again, until early next yearwhen government funded projects, notably in Saudi Arabia, are expected to boost seamless pipe demand.
