an INDIAN CEMENT producer has recently bought a cargo of high-sulphur petcoke (8.5-9.6) from Saudi Arabia for November loading. The major petcoke spot buyer paid about S4S/t CIF Kandla, basis 7,500 kc NAR, for the Supramax. It is expected to take about 0.6 mt of Saudi petcoke this year, accounting for about 27 of its 2.2 mt/y requirement.
