WRAP readies transition to charity and launches its annual report

WRAP will apply to become a charity next month and expects the transition to be completed by March 2015. In its annual report, chairman Peter Stone said the proposal will be put to members in an extraordinary general meeting and an application be made on 4 August. Acquiring charitable status will allow the organisation to better access charitable and trust funds, and will open up new ways to engage with partners.
