Magnetics company buys assets

Eriez Magnetics Europe has acquired the Boxmag-Rapid brand from Boxmag-Rapid Limited.The company has also bought the assets of Boxmag-Rapid relating to vibration, separation, industrial and mineral extraction magnets.The acquisition sees the merger of two leading suppliers of magnetic separation equipment and is seen as strengthening Eriez's position in the United Kingdom and export markets.
