THIS WEEK I AM JOINING THE FIRST MINISTER OF WALES RHODRI MORGAN to launch a major policy that will call on all parts of Welsh society to radically change to make a country fit for generations to come. Our sustainable development scheme, unveiled at the Hay Festival, will affect all parts of Wales. The Assembly Government will use all its devolved powers to make Wales sustainable in every way, from managing waste to developing the economy.
