AS GLASS REPROCESSOR RECRESCO'S DIRECTOR ERIC GENT SAYS: "THE SHORT answer is, yes, we're always increasing investment in the amount of technology needed to produce quality product. Historically, Recresco has responded to the quality of material that is in the marketplace. And to achieve the same or higher quality that is demanded from our customers, we must use technology." Gent says it falls on reprocessors to use their experience and expertise to continue to produce high-quality products and so invest in technology and equipment to resolve any specific issues. "It is not about an overall drop in quality - it is a drop in quality from an existing avenue," he adds.
