JANE STEPHENSON HAS BEEN A PIONEER IN THE RECYCLING AND WASTE SECTOR FOR OVER 25-years and continues to be so. As chief executive of not-for-profit consultancy Resource Futures, she continues to provide leading advice and information along with her colleagues to every slice of the recycling and waste management pie. Although Resource Futures works predominantly in the waste industry, it has moved into areas such as water conservation and issues around climate change. "We know and understand the challenges that face the industry," says Stephenson. "We help and offer a range of services to help our clients. For example, we start with data capture and then analysis and research which helps our clients understand how their services are performing. We also review developing and existing collection systems and communication strategies.
