Specifications have been drawn up relating to textiles unsuitable for sale at charity shops Quality specifications have been drawn up concerning the bagging of rags from charity shops. The guidelines have been drawn up by Recyclatex in conjunction with the Textiles Recycling Association (TRA) and with consultation of the Association of Charity Shops. The specifications relate to textiles that are unsuitable for sale at charity shops, which are traditionally sold to the recycling trade.
