Corrosion technology students at Seward County Community College/ Area Technical School (SCCC/ATS) (Liberal, Kansas) had a unique opportu-nity to practice their trade as well as protect their campus from corrosion. When the copper piping in the college's indoor swimming pool filtration system was showing signs of severe corrosion, students from several of the college's corrosion classes were called on to find a solution and carry out repairs.
