GVM grabs more South African coal interests

Australia-based GVM will add to its portfolio of South African coal interests after agreeing to purchase a 60 percent stake in coking coal prospect, Tshikunda Coal Project. GVM will pay 3.5 million Australia dollars (3.05 million dollars) for 60 percent of Tshikunda Mining and Ndilo Resources, which own the 32,000 hectare property, consisting of granted prospecting rights in the Soutpansberg/Pafuri coalfields, in Limpopo province.
