Walking up the path at the Univer-sity of Birmingham on a beauti-ful sunny day, I could hardly believe that it was five years since the last time I was here for my first Strategy Review Weekend (SRW). I did not know what to expect the first time round but this time I felt the heavy burden of responsi-bility resting on my shoulders.
