ETHNIC FOOD and drink companies in the North West of England will be the beneficiaries of a new initiative aimed at helping them understand their industry's legislation. The Food Smart Programme, launched by the Northwest Food Alliance and the Asian Business Federation, will offer a network of guidance on key issues in the food and drink industry.
