London-based South African miner Bisichi said it has settled all disputes with its former black economic empowerment (BEE) partner, Endulwini Resources. The agreement sees all legal actions and counter-actions dropped between both parties, and Endulwini's holding company, the Mhlaba Dube Memorial Trust, transferring its shares in the Black Wattle colliery to Bisichi. In return, Bisichi will pay 10m Rand (1.28 million dollars) to Endulwini and the Trust.
