December Richards Bay exports are forecast at 6.70mt, which would see full year shipments reach 67.18mt. While this would be much better than predictions of 65mt for the year envisaged after a very poor H1, it is short of the 72mt goal set at the beginning of the year by the terminal, which was later officially revised to 69mt.
