KOREA WESTERN power (Kowepo) has issued its second tender this week, this time seeking 0.13mt of sub-bituminous material for prompt supply to its Taean power station. Closing date for offers is July 3.The tender seeks product with a minimum c.v. of 4,600kc NAR, with one panamax required for delivery between July 26 and August 15 and another between August 26 and September 15.Kowepo last tendered on June 25, seeking a five-year commitment to supply 0.44mt/yr of minimum 5,600kc NAR material, with deliveries starting on October 1, this year. The closing date is also July 3.Earlier this month Kowepo cancelled its tender for delivery of 0.13mt to Taean power station in August.
