Demonstrating all the very best in customer service, the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) at Olympus Australia's headquarters in Melbourne was recognised by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), by winning Victorian and National prizes at the annual Australian Service Excellence Awards in October.
