摘要

The main objective to these experimental researches is to characterise the stratified plates from prepolimerised wadding obtained by thermoformation technology.The prepolimerised wadding is made up of 65% natural regenerated unwoven fibbers and 35% phenolformaldehyde resin.The parameters studied for the manufacturing of the stratified plates by means of their formation technology are:temperture (160 deg C,180 deg C,200 deg C),number of layers (1,2 and 3 layers) and thickness (3,5 and 7 mm).There were studied the following physical properties:mass and volume content of the resin in these composites,the density and mass on square metre.
