摘要

The presentation of the composite materials on polyamid basis and of their performances is naturally followed by the indications of the processing modalities. The main transformation possibilities of PA6 and of composite materials having this polymer as basis in different products are: injection (70%), extrusion (16%), synthesis in fluid bed (4%0, other proceedures. There are also presented the utilized engine types, their particularities as well as those of the processing technologies, depending on the nature of the processed composite or on its viscosity. On the basis of a long theoretical and practical experience, in order to obtain high quality reference points, the temperature regim and the best parameters recommended for injection or extrusion processing are indicated.
