B.G.T. GmbH is one of the major suppliers of exhaust air cleaning plants to foundries. It specializes in designing plant for core shops using cold box and SO_2, its fully automated plant range from 800-76,000m~3 exhaust air per hour. B.G.T. GmbH has to date delivered some 350 plants worldwide. Its complimentary services include design, planning, manufacture, delivery, site installation, and commissioning. It also offers a site maintenance programme, which is backed up with complete spares/delivery service. All the systems produced by B.G.T. GmbH reach a pure gas concentration of '5mg amine/m~3 (1ppm) exhaust air. In some cases pure gas concentration of up to 0.2mg amine/m~3 (0.05ppm) can be guaranteed. An extremely high amine concentration in the washing liquid can also be obtained (at least 25 percent weight of amine). This concentration provides the prerequisites for economical amine recycling.'
