Sohn International symposium on Advanced Processing of Metals and Materials: Principles, Technologies, and Industrial Practice

Incorporating the 4th International Symposium in Sulfide Smelting 2006, the Sohn International Symposium is organized in honor of Professor H. Y. Sohn, who is recognized for his work in the fields of nonferrous, ferrous, and nanoscale materials processing. He has helped in the development of such fields of study as pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy, chemical vapor synthesis and processing, and recycling. The symposium will focus on three topical areas: principles, technologies, and industrial practices. Topics include: Thermo and physicochemical principles in pyrometallurgical, aqueous, and electrochemical processes.
