MAKINO REORGANIZES DIE/MOLD GROUP

Makino, Mason, OH, a builder of Ram and wire EDM machines, horizontal and vertical machining centers, and graphite milling machines has taken some reorganization steps for both the company and its stakeholders. These steps include relocating some business and sales operations, realigning personnel, and introducing new equipment.The headquarters for the Die/Mold Group of the company will relocate from Mason, OH, to facilities in Detroit, MI. This will position the company in the heart of the die/mold industry. The Mason facility will remain the headquarters for the Production Machinery Group and the Aerospace Group. Turnkey engineering, application engineering, integration and company administration also will remain in Mason.
