Congress Overturns Ergonomics Rule

Industry gains a key congressional victory, and breathes a collective sigh of relief.On March 6th, the U.S. Senate voted 56-44 to pass a joint resolution repealing the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) ergonomics rule. On the following day, the House of Representatives followed suit, approving the resolution 223 to 206.
