German reporting system for foodstuffs with the BfR. Foodstuffs involved in food-borne outbreaks - results 2007.

Outbreaks of foodborne infections in Germany in 2007 are discussed on the basis of data from the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment. A total of 105 outbreaks were reported in 2007. Data are given for causative organisms, foods implicated and the location of consumption of implicated foods.
