Occurence of Salmonella in German poultry and poultry meat - 2. Largesized broiler farms and broiler slaughterhouses [German]

Within a research project on the occurrence of Salmonella in German broiler flocks and poultry meat, a total of 121 flocks of 40 large broiler farms were examined for Salmonella in 5 different regions of Germany in 1999. In addition, from 70 of the 121 flocks samples were also collected during slaughter.
