Engelhard hikes stake in Indian JV to 90

The US-based Engelhard Corporation has increased its stake in its Indian joint venture,the Tamil Nadu-based Engelhard Environmental Systems (India) P.Ltd to 90 by acquiring the 30 share owned by Ucal Fuel Systems Ltd.,for an undisclosed amount.
