HR, recruiting and training are some of the most talked about items in business circles today. Conversations include concerns around high attrition, low unemployment, operating in a 'hot' labour market, a shrinking workforce and the issues around training and development. The challenge for manufacturers is that often they are stretched for time and do not always have access to the resources needed. However, by focusing on a few of the key areas, these practices can become far more manageable.
