TURCK's DeviceNet cables are now available with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jackets, making the cables impervious to weld slag build up. The cables are said to be ideal for applications where weld sparks and slag accumulation is common. The DeviceNet cables augment Turck's full line of specially designed weldlife cables. According to the company, the DeviceNet cables can withstand up to two million cycles of continuous bending, flexing and twisting, making them suitable for automotive and robotic applications.
