摘要

The composition of leaf and bark oils of Cinnamosma madagascariensis has been investigated by a combination of GC (RI), GC-MS and C-13 NMR. The leaf oil contained mainly monoterpenes: myrcene (17.9), limonene (17.8), beta-phellandrene (15.3) and linalool (12.2). The bark oil, investigated for the first time, contained beta-pinene (49.9) and alpha-pinene (19.5) as major components. Special attention was paid to the identification of cyclocopacamphene, an epimer of cyclosativene. C-13 NMR data of both compounds have been provided.
