摘要

Seven new germatranes having the general formula [R~1GeCH(R~2)CH_2COO]_(4-n)SnR_n~3 where R~1 = N(CH_2CH_2O)_3, R~2 = CH_3 ,C_6H_5, P-CH_3C_6H_4, p-CH_3OC_6H_9, p-FC_6H_4,, R~3= C_6H_5, CH_2C_6H_5, n = lor 2, have been synthesized by the reaction of mono-, or di-organotin halide with germatranyl propionic acid in the presence of triethylamine and were characterized by elemental analysis, multinuclear (~1H, ~(13)C, ~(119)Sn) NMR , ~(119m)Sn MossbauerJR and mass spectrometry. Anti-leishmanial and enzyme inhibition bioassay techniques were employed to evaluate their activity and found promising results.
