摘要

This contribution presents an laboratory experiment conducted in the project iPort VICTOR. It analyses basic perception performance aspects to provide a knowledge base for virtual tower design and to answer the question which out-of-the-window view perspective might be adequate for remote and virtual tower controllers. Three out-of-the-window view perspectives and four perception tasks were compared relating to the users' performance. In addition, the authors will discuss to what extent the results can be transferred to future virtual tower work positions.
