Pacific Northwest Section

The Fall Show of the Pacific Northwest Section was held on October 1,2005, at Condon Park, Grass Valley, California. The turnout by ASGS Section members was very disappointing. Only one ASGS National PNW Section Member did a demonstration. I am grateful to Jim Merritt for doing this and for discussing the upcoming Symposium in 2006. Jim demonstrated how to put a bottom on a tube by using half of a round bottom flask; this was done in a small size but was intended to be used on large tubing like 178 mm.
