This paper began as a poster created for theASGS 2015 Symposium in Milwaukee. It came about when we were given this Kipp's Gas Generator by Dr. Richard Jones of the University of Texas. The paper presents a brief history of this type of apparatus as well as a description of how it works. Also included are some ideas on how this apparatus may have been constructed.
