The production programme of Hellmerich comprises, above all, high-quality multi-spindle heads with up to 80 spindles per head, designed according to in-house standards, DIN 69001, DIN 69002 or individual requirements. These multi-spindle heads are used on special-purpose machine tools, such as transfer lines, turret machines, serial boring machines and similar equipment. They are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Depending on their specific configuration, they can be used for boring, reaming, fine turning, fine boring, milling, thread cutting, etc.
